About:How to Buy Ticket Online

I have problem booking for Kunming-Lijiang train. the ticket is currently sold out on April.

My question is, is that possible to buy at the train station before departure day?

worst case I need to opt for bus, so can i buy on the travel day? there's no way i can book online. any chances for me to get the ticket?

Thank you for your inquiry.
The tickets are not sold out for April. It is due to the recent schedule adjustment. These trains are not released for sale yet and should be back to service again later, maybe after March 18. You can check the schedule and ticket availability on our website again later.

Actually I searched for return ticket too and stated sold out. Like seriously too risky to go and buy at counter. Yeah maybe I should try after 18hb as suggested.
