About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

So is it necessary to apply for the transit visa?

I am an Ethiopian citizen and want to go Netherland from Taiwan through PEK China (Beijing). I have 14 hours transit time PEK China (Beijing).

You don't need a visa as you can use 24h twov in Beijing.
