How to take bus or other cheapest means to move out from Beijing West Train Station

to my hotel Holiday Inn Express Dongzhimen?

Hi, you can take the Bus Line 3 from the West Railway Station to the Workers' Stadium and then walk north about 500m to get the hotel. It costs around CNY3 and takes about 1 hour.
