Spouse work permit

What is needed for a spouse (married) of a Z-Visa holder to obtain a work permit?

You need to provide passport, passport-style photo, a completed application form, an invitation letter from your spouse and copy of the spouse's residence permit and passport, as well as your marriage certificate. Just for reference.

You cannot obtain a work permit being married to a Z holder. The only way you can work legally in China is by having a Z yourself. You can get a visa to China (S1 or S2 depending on your duration of stay), but you are not allowed to work on this visa unfortunately.
