Can we arrange to upgrade our tickets to first class for our next leg?

We have already collected our paper tickets.

If there are still tickets available on the train you need, you can make the upgrade. However, as you collected the paper tickets already, you need to make the change at station ticket counter with paper tickets. The ticket cannot be changed online anymore. Also, please kindly notice that the ticket can only be changed one time. Hope this information can help you a little.
