transit visa in Shenzen shekou port.
My wife, daughter and I are going on a cruise embarking in Singapore with following stops to Thailand- Vietnam-SHENZEN-HONGKONG-Taiwan and disembark in Japan.
The cruise ship will be in Shenzen Shekou cruise terminal on April 23 at 7 am- 2 pm.
We will then arrive in Hongkong at 8 pm same day, however we would like to take the Shenzen-Hongkong ferry on our arrival in Shenzen and spend more time in Hongkong, as the ferry ride to hongkong will only take 1-2 hrs. that way, we´ll have the whole day in Hongkong.
Do we need a visa for the transit in Shekou to take the ferry to Hongkong?
We are Danish passport holders and it´s free transit for us to entry HK for 90 days. We will only be in HK until the next day, April 24 at 6 pm.
