Question about deluxe soft sleeper cabin on Z19?

I want to know is there private toilet (sitting type) inside the cabin? Our little son (2 years old) will be able to board with us without ticket right?

Yes, there is a private toilet in each deluxe soft sleeper compartment, sitting type. The child should be less than 4 feets right? In this way, he does not need a ticket.
