About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

My plan is to arrive (from the UK) at Beijing, be there 4 or 5 days

And then go to Hong Kong with the bullet train (9 hours), and then fly back to the UK from Hong Kong. Am I eligible for the 144 hours visa-free option? I ask it because I wonder if travelling to Hong Kong by train, even if you can't go out of the train, is considered breaking the rule of not travelling out of Beijing's province.

Oh, I see. You can take the bullet train from BJ West Railway Station to Hong Kong West Kowloon Railway Station. And this railway station is one of the port of 144 hours visa free policy. Besides, the information about 144 hours visa free policy on this website is updated.

Hi, Chanel,

Well, it's not so according to Paul (see his answer to my second post above) if I use that 9-hour bullet train, which was the main point.

Well, it's the same as before: according to the other person, Paul, this is not so. The slow train, yes, but not the bullet one.
