About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

72 hours visa free. Can I come out of airport and take a train under this situation.

I am reaching Beijing in 15 March and will leave by train from Beijing to Pyongyang in DPR Korea. The train ticket is being arranged by my friend in Beijing which i will pick up on 16 March.

No, sorry the train does not use West Railway Station but a different Beijing railway station so you need a visa. You will need to fly to North Korea to do the visa free transit.
