About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

Hong kong transit visa for Sri Lankan pasport holder with resident permit of three year

Hi, Im planning to go to Vietnam and Im flying from cathay pacific. The flight transit via Hong kong and maximum stay 3 hours. Just wondering still need a tranisit visa even though you holder a resident card from Japan? Please advise and thank you in advance.

Yes, you are supposed to apply for transit visa for HK before your trip.
