About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

24 hours transit visa. My colleague is holding Australian passport

and confirmed air return ticket AU/HK, just wondering if he is qualify to receive 24 hours visa exemption for free transit who will plan for 8 hours stay in Shenzhen for sightseeing.

If he would travel from Shenzhen to HK, I'ma afraid he cannot apply for free transit.
