Notarized certificates for work permit

Hi, I have got a job offer from university. My employer wants me to submit notarized degree as well as translated in Chinese language. Foreign affairs in my country don't attest the document that is not in English. What should i do? Is there anyone who already submitted notarized documents? I need your guidance. Thank you

You can try to find an agency to help you do the translation. Then you can go to China embassy to authenticate your document.
