About:Chinese Permanent Residence Permit

Can i apply permanent residence if i am married to a chinese?

I am married to chinese man. And have been staying in china for 3 years. Can i apply for the permanent residence? And for the annual stay, is it the total stay within 1 year?

If you have lived in China for 5 years in a row and the annual stay is no less than 9 months. Also, you have stable and secured living status and place to live in PRC. You can apply for the permanent residence permit.
