About:Macau Visa Policy

X2 Visa. Hello, I’m holding Mexican passport

currently living in mainland China. I’d like to know if is possible to apply for a X2 in Macao. I’ve got all the documents from my school already.

You can try to apply for the change at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB within China. If it can be done, you don't need to go to HK for that.
