How do you buy the Shanghai Three-day Travel Pass?

I will be in the city for 4 days this summer. I'd like to buy the Three day travel pass and then the Maglev Single Trip + Metro One-day Pass for our 4th day as we will fly out of PVG late at night and this seems like a good option to get the maglev ticket and subway rides for the last day. Can you please post the Chinese characters that I could show the subway attendant what I'd like to purchase?
