About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

144 Visa Waiver. Hi - would this itinerary qualify for the twov waiver?

USA - UK - SHANGHAI - HONG KONG - USA?
Are the a certain number of nights that you must spend in each location to qualify?

yes as long as UK > Shanghai flight does not land in Hong Kong even for a minute. For example Cathay Pacific to and from Shanghai would not be allowed
