What to do about Chinese passport?

I am a Filipina married to a chinese citizen and will soon give birth to a son in the Phil. My husband wants to have our baby to have Chinese passport but we are not sure how to go about this process since my son will live here in the philippines.

Hi, first, make an online appointment for the application.
Prepare the completed application form, and 2 passport-style photos, your and your spouses' passports and its copy, your residence permit, your marriage certificate and the copy, birth certificate of your son, as well as other requirement.
