Do I need a visa? Am going on cruise, will dock in Shenzhen for 1 day

then sail to Hong Kong for 2 days( overnight) do I need a Chinese visa or will I qualify for the 144 hrs free transit? Thank you

You won't qualify for the 144 hrs free transit. You are supposed to apply for a visa for the trip.
