Transfer process at Beijing Capital Airport

What is the transfer process while traveling on Air China departing from Hong Kong, layover in PEK, to New York City (JFK)?

It is an international to international transfer at PEK both in T3. Thus the transfer procedures are the following:
Flight Arrival - Transfer Procedures - Border Inspection - Security Check - Custom Inspection - Waiting & Boarding
