When is Cherry Festival in Shenzhen Window of the World?

Can I store my luggage at Window of the World and/or Splendid China, spend the day there and then go directly to the airport?

Yes, the scenic area provides left luggage service. Besides, I didn't find any information about the Cherry Festival. Sorry about that.

What do you mean by scenic area? Do both parks have luggage storage? How much does it cost?

Yes, both Window of the World and Splendid China have left luggage service. As I know, the cost is CNY10 to 20 per day for one piece of luggage.
