About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

UK passport holders, visa from Mongolia

Am I able to obtain a Chinese tourist "L" from the Chinese embassy in UlaanBataar, Mongolia.
Which form should be used 2011 or 2013? I will be travelling with a tour company whilst in China.

It's possible to obtain a Chinese tourist "L" from the Chinese embassy in UlaanBataar, and you can use the form of 2013.
