About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I Travel with a Dutch Pasport from Amsterdam to Hong Kong

and want to go to Hangzhou on a transit visa and then back to Hong Kong and then back to amstrdam. Is this possible. Thanks for letting me know, best peter

That is possible if you have a Chinese visa. It obviously doesn't qualify for transit without visa because you are not in transit at Hangzhou.
