Visa cancelled. I had an admission to china to offer my masters.

i was told to report to the school on 30th Dec 2018. I didn't report on that day but rather reported on the 21st February 2019.i was asked to present my extension letter that I have delayed.i didn't had so they have cancelled my entry permit in china by the chinese immigration. What do I do to go there again so I can start school
