About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Perth to Hong Kong to Dublin

Hi i am flying 15th april get into Hong Kong at 3.30pm same day,on the 16th of april planning on going to canton fair for the day in guangzhou on fast train and back to hong kong ,on the 17th of April maybe heading to Macua for a couple of hours as my fight out is at 12.50am to Dublin which will be the 18th of April.

Do i need a visa I have an Irish passport or can I get the 72 hour twov?

I will also have a layover on my way back the 12th of may from Dublin stopping in Hong Kong get in at 7am and leave again that night at 10pm for perth do I need entry permit for that?

You don't need a visa for Hong Kong. You need a Chinese visa to take the train to Guangzhou.
