About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

i have a boyfriend, Chinese. He wants me to go with him back to China. What i need to do?

What am i going to do? I dont have any ideas. Can you help what to do step by step.

You can apply for tourist L type from the China embassy, and you need to provide a filled-out application form affixed with 2 passport-style photos, your passport and its photocopy, round trip air tickets and hotel reservation or an invitation letter from yourfriend, your travel plan, bank statement, tax certificate, identity card, as well as other documents the consular officers consider necessary.

If you want to get married in China, you can enter China under L type, and you need to provide passport, visa, and a single status certificate from your country to register your marriage in China's Civil Affairs Bureau. After getting married, if your annual stay in PRC is more than 9 months and have stable and secured living status and place to live in China, you can apply for the permanent residence permit to stay in there for good.
