Do I need a visa or can I use the free 72 hr or free 144 visa?? Just looking for transit I do not wish to stay in China

Well, you cannot enjoy the 144 hours visa free policy. You can only enjoy the 24 hours visa free policy. If your stopover is more than 24 hours, you need to apply for the visa in advance in your country.
