144 Hour Advice. Is the following valid for 144 hour visa in Guangdong

Enter
Fly Bangkok -> Guangzhou

Exit
Train Guangzhou -> Macau

There's no 144h twov in Guangdong Province.

Just the 72h and it doesn't allow to leave China by train.
