About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

help!!

Hi
I'm applying for a Chinese language program which is one year and after that I will start my masters program.
if I get the X1 will I get a year or more. Or do I need to renew my visa after the language program?

After you get X1 type, you can apply for Chinese residence permit, and it valid for over one year.
