About:Dujiangyan Irrigation System

Is Dujiangyan Irrigation System closed on Mar2-Mar24,2019?

I try to search ticket to go there by train but I cannot find ticket on Mar2-Mar24.
So,I think that this place will close or not. Or what happen about schedule for booking of train on Mar2-Mar24?
