Transit Visa- flight to China, depart Cruise Ship

I am a New Zealand passport holder. My wife and i have booked a cruise that departs the port of Tianjin in Oct 2019. Does the transit g apply if we were to fly into Beijing and depart Tianjin port or does one have to fly into Tianjin and depart from the same city? Which visa apply 72hrs or 144hys

If you want to apply 144h twov in Beijing, you can fly into Beijing and depart Tianjin port. No need to worry.
