About:Chinese Consulate in Lagos

Mofcom scholarship. Am a prospective student

is it necessary I come submit my documents in person, or can I just send it to the consulate.

If you apply for a student X type from the China embassy, you should go there in person to submit the application or find someone else to do that on your behalf.
