Arrival Hangzhou and flying out of Shanghai

Hello!

I wanted to check - i will be flying into Hangzhou from Seoul on the Saturday 9th March and then will get a train from Hangzhou to Shanghai on the Sunday 10th March and then flying out of Shanghai back to Amsterdam on Tuesday 12th March.

Do i qualify for the 144 Hour Transit Visa ??
