How long does it take to get from downtown Chongqing to Wulong Karst by car?

The cost above for a private car. Is that just to get to Wulong Karst? Or for the car to wait for you and drive you back as well? Thank you.

Generally speaking, it takes around 1.5 hours on the way. As I know, the costs is around CNY100/day. And the car will wait for you and drive you back as well.
