Procedure
Inform the airlines when boarding – Fill an Arrival/Departure Card on the flight - Apply the 72-hour permit – Claim the luggage – Go through the custom - Leave airport

Keep in mind that you must avail yourself at a police station for registration within 24 hours of clearing immigration and failure to comply will result in a two-year visa-free transit ban.
