About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Landing in Shanghai take train to Beijing. Fly from Beijing to Thailand

Can I get this 72 hour visa if the above information is my flight plans

You must get a visa or change your flights. Two stops in China limits you to 24 hours transit without visa. There is no such thing as "72 hour visa", by the way.
