2 OPTIONS - does A or B solution qualify for 144 hrs Visa?

Is it possible to get the 144hr Visa in case of flying on any of these options, A or/and B:

A. Warsaw (Poland) > Amsterdam > Shanghai for 120 hr stay > Amsterdam > Berlin (Germany) all 1 airline, with 2-4 hrs between stops or/and

B. Warsaw (Poland) > Zurich > Shanghai for 120 hr stay > Frankfurt > Warsaw (Poland) > Szczecin (Poland)?

Is any of these A or/and B ok or none of them apply for 144 Visa?
