About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Police station registration in Chengdu

I have an 8 hour layover in Chengdu on route to Thailand. The layover is during the morning so we will not need to stay in a hotel, will we still need to register with a local police station? Thanks:)

No need to register if staying less than 24 hours.
