Do i need a visa if i have a 12 hrs of lay over in PEKIN?

Hello :) i am Filipino citizen from France and I´m planning to visit my family back home. Do i need a visa if i have a 12 hrs of lay over in PEKIN? I didnt find my country in their free visa list. Thanks in advance

You are able to get 24h twov in Beijing, no need to apply for visa for that.
