About:China Visa on Arrival

Can I get a voa at Louhu port for Shenzhen if my existing China visa has just expired?

I hold a UK passport will be wanting to travel to Shenzhen from Hong Kong.
I judt noticed my entry permit expired in August 2018.
I live in Hong Kong will I be able to get a. VOA at Louhu port tomorrow after landing.

It's possible for you to apply for Shenzhen VOA at Luohu port.
