About:China Transit Visa

Kenyan passport, South Korea resident

I am travelling on a Kenyan passport, I am a resident of South Korea. I will be travelling to the US and will be transiting through Shenyang , Taoxian International Airport. Layover is 4h 10 min and I plan to stay inside the airport. Do I qualify for the 24 hour transit without entry permit?
