I have been issued a pre-admission letter
Hi,
Can someone help me with answers.I applied for Chinese Government scholarship from a university in chine, and they issued me with a pre-admission letter, and asked me to consult the dispatching agency in my country.
am confused because i didn`t apply through a chinese embassy in Ghana. but directly through the school. any help
