About:Chinese Embassy in Pakistan

i got pre admission letter from tianjin University they asked me to contact with embassy for applica

so my question is wether i need to come personally to the embassy with what documents? and is it any operational office in karachi now? can my friend can dispatch the required documents?

i talked with them yesterday but they said we don't deal with education these days, so contact with isb embassy
