About:Tax Refund

VAT refund for xiaomi products.

Hello!
I will be in China in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Shanghai, and Beijing.
In these cities, there is a possibility to buy xiaomi laptop (best if in Guangzhou, Shenzhen), in the official store or from re sellers and get a tax free form?

I remember there is a Xiaomi store in Shenzhen airport T3 but I'm not sure if it is a tax free store.
