About:Tax Refund
Bought jade from shop in Shanghai. Receipt shows the VAT. Shop had NO VAT sign. Can I claim VAT?

Well, you need to buy things in the ship which has 'TaxRefund' sign. And the shop should provide the Claim Tax Refund form. If you don't have this form, you cannot get the refund.0
