is it easy to walk from Beijing Capital Airport T3 to T2 as I am meeting my friend there?

Yes, it is easy. You can just walk around 10mins.

Actually it’s not a 10 min walk it’s a 10 min bus drive. It was very easy to find and the shuttle buses are free to terminal 1 and 2
