Can I travel by train and plain in China if I still dont have my working permit after 30days.

I enter China with a one-entry passport, I need to do the working permit within the 30days. The agency is requiring an official file that take more time to arrive here. I still have my passport. Can I travel by plane and by train within the country without being blocked?

I think you can travel by plane and by train within the country. You are advised to contact the local PSB to confirm that beforehand.
