visa issues. i'm from Pakistan...

i'm studying in china these days and wanna go to HK for visit....do i need pre-registration or i can get visa on arrival

Neither. You must apply for a visa in person in Beijing or Shanghai's HK government offices, or directly to HK immigration by post. You will be refused entry if not holding a valid visa.
