About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

London - Shanghai - Hong Kong

I am flying into Shanghai and from there to Hong Kong two days later. Would this be considered a 72-Hour Free Transit in China, given that i am flying out of Shanghai to Hong Kong?

London - Shanghai - Hong Kong is ok. Just make sure London > Shanghai does not make a landing in Hong Kong as well.
