I will be arriving at Xi'an airport T3 on 16/3 at 10.20pm.

Is there any bus to 7 sages (Qixian) International Youth Hostel (Beidajie Branch)?

According to your landing time, you can take shuttle bus to get to Xishaomen Business Hotel first. It takes around 70 mins on the way. The ticket fare is CNY25/person. Then take a taxi to the destination. The cab fare is around CNY20.
