travel from Nanjing Airport to NJ Hopkins Centre (163 Shanghai road)

You can take MTR Line S1 to the South Station and then transfer to MTR Line 1 to Drum Tower. Get out of the Exit 5 and walk west about 15 minutes, you will get there.
